F.A.Q.'s
Q. You are a part time business, when do you shoot?
A. We usually shoot in the evenings and on Saturdays, but we do some flexibility, just don't ask to play Twister. You'll probably win.Q. You didn't answer the phone, what's the big idea?
A. Sorry. We try to catch every phone call and we have strange hours anyways. Did you leave a message? Messages via voicemail or email will be answered on usually the same day, once and awhile it might take 24 hours.
Q. When can I schedule my portrait session?
A. Great! Give us a call. The best time to reach us is after 5 pm, after 6 pm is even better. You might get us during the day, but evening is the best time. We have one phone line, so if you get a busy signal, don't worry, just try again in a few minutes. You can also contact us through Facebook and email.Q. Can I get an appointment on a specific day?
A. We will do our best to fit you in on your special day. It's still first come first serve. Book your day in advance.
Q. How long until I see my photos?
A. Typically we'll have them done in 2 weeks. We'll give you a call when they are ready for your big premiere. We'll bring your pictures to you. Once you make the final print selection we'll calculate your total and send them to print. You should receive them in 5-7 business days after your order.
Q. Why don't you do online galleries for selection?
A. You wouldn't be the kind of customer that right-click's and posts the pics on their facebook page and emails them to all the relatives, but some people would. So to avoid that situation, we bring them to you. Besides its much more satisfying to hear the ooh's and aaah's when you see the pictures.
Q. How many sessions do you shoot in a day?
A. We'd prefer to do just one a day in the evening, but if we have two locations close together, then a couple of sessions back to back wouldn't be a problem.
Q. I want to bring my kids, a couple of nieces and nephews and my cousin Vinny, how much extra will it cost for the session?
A. Nada. You paid for the session, you want to get that many kids and cousin Vinny to look at the camera for the 3 seconds it takes and then keep the kids occupied while the rest of the shoot is going on, Good luck. Bring as many friends, family, or enemies as you want, and bring as many changes of clothes as you want -- it's your hour.
